At Just Vessels, we take pride in the quality and intention behind every piece we release. Each item is designed with care, meaning, and purpose, and we expect it to arrive to you in perfect condition.
Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the limited nature of our drops and the care taken in production, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unworn and unused
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Clear photos of the damage or defect must be provided
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
• Items returned outside of the approved time window
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Incorrect sizing selection by the customer

• A brief explanation of the issue
• Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for a return due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued if stock is available.
